I had an excellent experience ordering online. The website is intuitive, shipping was very fast despite having come from the other side of the country, and the products received were of excellent quality. I will continue to shop here for my bulk gardening needs.

Placed order on 2/13/20. Received confirmation of order 2/18/20. Have not received notice of shipping, tracking number or any eta for the products purchased. Called customer service, no one answered, left message, called, I thought, chief of operations, no one answered, left message, This all occurred at about 11:45 CST today. This is not the way to run a business. I order from anyone else and get immediate confirmation of order. I call customer service during normal business hours, I always get to speak to a rep. What's going on here? Very unhappy customer. BTW, I am a commercial hydroponics grower.

I do backyard hydroponics, and use Hort for all of my supplies. You have to buy in larger quantities, but the savings is phenomenal.

RED FLAG - Founders/Sales have no formal Agriculture let alone Horticulture education. Unsure how recommendations can be made without the understanding of plant physiology and development.
They have made poor uneducated/ recommendations to grower I've worked for in the past - would not recommend. Call your local USDA Office, OR your state university - the Agriculture Department often has FREE backed resources!
