I called City home, spoke to a nurse named Jessica triage for symptomatic reasons she transferred to city of Newport Beach, where there was no doctor or PA available to help me so now my questions are still unanswered. I live with four stage terminal everywhere and I really wanna live and so I wish these people would take my life seriously as I take it.

City of Hope helped save my life. When cancer returned aggressively for the 2nd time, my Dr referred me to City of Hope and what a whirlwind it's been to this day! Literally started with first-class service by the financial department who never heard of my insurance prior but put in the effort to learn and make my treatment incredibly less stressful and I didn't have to be overly worried about medical bills. And wow the surgeons are meticulous in their approach and follow up. Have I mentioned how Oncology is beyond stellar? The Genetics team was also instrumental in testing and steering the course of treatment . Bravo to all staff and especially the volunteers, we appreciate all of you more than you realize!!! I've come here for 8 years now, since my initial diagnosis. I'm grateful for Dr. Pal, who pointed out that surveillance was an option after reviewing my case when the initial oncologist misdiagnosed me as Stage 1S. The surveillance plan (X-ray, CT-scan, blood test) was easy to schedule and the staff at City Of Hope was always kind and well-organized. I think this is the greatest hospital and medical center I've ever been to and I'm very grateful for the quality of services I've received here.

City of Hope is who I will recommend. Every facility, every employee- exceptional.

My wife’s cancer treatment has been a journey, she’s still in treatment but in remission. City of Hope has been an amazing provider. They are the best of the American health care system.

Was previously seen by UCLA and Long Beach Mermorial and honestly disappointed on how they do things here. I wouldn’t have traded being seen by those two facilities over City of Hope. Only reason I’m coming here is due to insurance. There’s way they can improve service and get people in and out quicker but unfortunately they don’t.

I can't find the doctor I respect the most. Why should I see another doctor for no reason? Coh don't explain.it’s City of hopeless.
Very disappoint. Luxurious outside campus buildings We don't need good hotels, good buses. We need a good doctors.

Would give them a 0 star if I could but 1 star for the sitters who were nice and attentive but other than that horrible doctors I hate them all horrible feed my dad pills after pills gave him a transplant they knew was going to kill just made my dad suffer and let him die don’t go here if you want to live because this city of hope is nothing but a fraud city of hope more like city of death all of their icu patients die should go to doctors that have more experience and knowledge and will provide you with the proper treatment and advice
