I manage a few commercial properties in the Valley, and after using AG for some small repairs with much success, I made the mistake of hiring them to reroof my own home.

The experience was awful, starting immediately when they tore off the old roof right before it rained. They made no attempt to cover the roof and stood by as water poured into my home. They then went home, leaving the back of their truck open, and the wind blew trash all over my and my neighbors' properties. Much of the snow and ice shield was then installed over damp roof decking.

They broke my railings, scratched windows, and dented a door. The crew AG sent had never done a sheet metal roof before; they were practicing using the tools on my driveway. They installed the roofing very poorly, taking little care with the materials, resulting in scratches and dents everywhere, which will void the manufacturer's warranty. They didn’t finish the seams, and the gutters were improperly installed, either falling short or extending too far by several inches.

AG then requested payment for the unfinished roof. When I explained my concerns, they sent someone back, but only to fix some of the problems. The job was mismanaged—or not managed at all. The workers didn’t know what they were doing, and no one seemed to pay attention to the project. They requested payment before the job was complete, and if I hadn’t checked my own roof, I would have paid and been left with an unfinished mess. When confronted about these issues, AG fabricates excuses and lies and does not follow through with what they say.

I had my siding put on a couple years ago by then, and it keeps falling off the very top above my gutter. They glued the siding on and it keeps falling off. Why do you put glue on siding if I could take a picture of it I put it on here. And I will have to do it myself on fixing it and I will have to change my gutters around. Water runs downhill not uphill. You do not point the flow of the gutter going uphill. It’s just gonna end up in the basement by the wall. I’m not pleased the first time my siding Came off. They came around and fixed it but they glued it. I thought it was supposed to snap on.

Worst contractor I have experienced in my decades in the valley. Poor quality, poor follow up to complaints, very unprofessional in every department. I ended up settling out of court two years ago. They are still hounding me for payment despite a signed legal agreement. AVOID at all costs. As you can see from their reply, they continue to act in a non-professional manner. They have fabricated the comment they posted. I can't wait to see this guys in court.

Feel this place is way too expensive. Went to i went another company and they charged 1/2 as much for the same thing.
