This review is way overdue. Horti is such a beautiful plant sanctuary, filled with really pretty plants of all types! The staff is super-friendly and they keep the shop spotless and enviting! What a great place! Bryana and Chris rock! ?

I stopped by to pick up my first plant from their subscription service. It looks very healthy and the pot is so cute! It was packaged very securely for the subway trip home. They have a wide variety of happy plants and very reasonably priced.

Me and my husband were looking for a few plants for our window area but had no idea where to start, complete newbies to plant care. (Sad we missed catching her name but..) the associate answered all of our questions about the plant varieties with encyclopedic knowledge! She was fantastic and the plant selection’s impressive. We left so happy with two new plants and two pots.

Alex is wonderful. Not only did she help us find and pot a new ginger plant, she also spent 15 minute giving us detailed (written) instructions on how to combat spider mite on a fern we've got at home, answered all of our questions patiently. It gave us hope and a path for saving a plant that we were otherwise going to say goodbye to. Thank you, Alex!

Horti is hands down my favorite plant store in Brooklyn. The space is wonderfully arranged—inviting, lively, and spacious. The variety and selection of plants are also super impressive. I feel like I'm learning something new & discovering new (plant & sometimes human) cuties every time I'm in here.

Every staff member I've interacted with seems genuinely happy to engage and has been patient in answering my questions as a plant novice.

I've visited my fair share of plant shops where I felt a bit intimidated, claustrophobic, or ignored by shopkeepers who seemed uninterested or uninformed. In contrast, every time I stop by Horti, I leave with a bigger smile than the one I had walking in, feeling confident and empowered to keep my new plant thriving.

I love that they include care cards with each type of plant, making this the perfect stop for a thoughtful housewarming, birthday, anniversary, or "just because" gift. Thanks for being in the neighborhood, Horti! We love you.

Great service, store assistant was very helpful, informative, patient and passionate.

I am a first-time plant buyer and they were very chill, happy to answer all my little questions and figure out what works best for me based on my apartment and my taste, told me not to rush, to take my time to decide.

They also helped me repot and even let me try it with guidance so that I can do it myself with confidence. They also gave me advice for a snake plant at home that was dying.

I am super happy with the Bromeliad and Bella palm I took home, affordable and great condition. Came with info cards on how to take care.
